I may be biased because I worked there for many years, but this really is one of the best Writing Centers around--online or off.  They maintain a lot of great resources on their webpage. 

The Carnegie Foundation's Academy for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning

I'm currently a Carnegie Scholar with the Foundation's CASTL program.  They're great people doing great work in a great setting.
