#5: 02/02 TUWe will complete discussion of In 2 Sent. d. 17, q.2, a.1 and look carefully at portions of In 1 Sent d. 8. q. 5, a. 2 Utrum anima sit simplex. Whether the soul is simple. We will use the translation of this by E. M. Macierowski in Thomas Aquinas's Earliest Treatment of the Divine Essence (Binghamton. 1998) pp.111-122.
