Biography
Professor Daniels received his Ph.D. from Indiana University in
1992 and has been a faculty member at Marquette University since
1990.
He is a member of the G8 Research Group at the University
of Toronto, has published several books on the role of the G8
in the global economy, and was a Fulbright Scholar at the
University of Toronto in 1997-98.
He has published numerous
articles in journals such as the Journal of Money, Credit and
Banking, the Journal of International Money and Finance and
the Journal of Economics and Business, and has served as a
research consultant for a number of private firms and
banks.
Daniels has authored two textbooks on international
economics, was the inaugural recipient of Marquette
University's College of Business Faculty Teaching Award,
recipient of Marquette University's Gettel Faculty Award
for Teaching Excellence, Marquette's Excellence in
Executive Education Award, and received Department and
University teaching awards while at Indiana University.

During this time, he would be Visiting Professor of International Economics at Wake Forest University.
